This project is generally described as the repairs to an existing historical maintenance building and new construction of the Forest Hill Park Equipment Storage area. Scope includes site remediation, demolition, structural & architectural carpentry, concrete, masonry, wood framing & rough carpentry, metal fabrications, exterior finish carpentry, thermal and air barrier systems, roofing including gutters and downspouts, doors and interior finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, and installation of new exterior electrical generator and concrete pad.
