This project is described as the renovations of existing office, fitness area, toilet room, and locker room, at the National Guard’s Waller Depot Facility in Richmond. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, light gage metal framing, installation of gypsum wall and ceiling board, acoustical ceiling systems, painting, miscellaneous carpentry, glass block window systems, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, plumbing, municipal water meter replacement, heating and cooling systems, electrical upgrades and lighting work, installation fitness equipment, and specialties.
