This required a fast track schedule, as the build out had to be completed in less than 30 days. Construction consisted of demolition of the previous space as well as framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile system, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, lighting and wall systems. All work was completed within 30 days, along with permits and inspections. The space was completed on time and within budget, allowing the store to train their new staff in preparation of their grand opening.
