The project is generally described as the third floor build out of interior space to the existing State Police Training Facility to include meeting space, new restrooms, lounge, and a gym. The scope of work included Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection upfits, firestopping, non-structural metal framing, complete buildout of restrooms including all specialties and partitions, furnish & install of all new doors/frames/hardware, glazing, drywall, ACT, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, and all interior architectural woodwork/casework & countertops. RMT was also contracted to complete the repair of steel and wood elements of three indoor ranges, one outdoor range.
